About The Role
We are seeking a proactive Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition team and drive the identification of top-tier talent. In this high-impact role, you will leverage advanced sourcing techniques to build robust candidate pipelines for all levels, industry experts, and specialized roles across services as stated above.
Reporting to the TA Lead, you will partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to support our ambitious growth in India and globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct multi-channel sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, other job boards and niche platforms to identify passive candidates for hard-to-fill consulting roles.
- Build and nurture talent pipelines for critical hires, including Big 4 level expertise in strategy, risk advisory, and tech implementation.
- Collaborate with recruiters to screen resumes, schedule initial outreach, and qualify candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Maintain accurate candidate data in our ATS (e.g., Talent Recruit), ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Analyze sourcing metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source-of-hire) using tools like Excel or HR analytics platforms to optimize strategies and report to leadership.
- Stay ahead of market trends in talent acquisition, including AI-driven sourcing and diversity hiring for consulting talent pools.
- Share shortlisted CVs with the recruitment team within agreed timelines to ensure seamless pipeline progression.
- Perform proactive market mapping to pinpoint and cultivate high-potential talent pools for strategic consulting roles.
Required Skills & Competencies
- 3-5 years of proven sourcing experience in recruitment, staffing, or professional services firms.
- Advanced proficiency in Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms for efficient profile discovery.
- Expertise in searching, filtering, and qualifying candidates using job-specific keywords and functions.
- Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail for high-volume sourcing.
- Ability to work independently, consistently meeting daily/weekly targets in a fast-paced environment.
