Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Consultant role located in Bengaluru. The Consultant will be responsible for engaging with clients to understand their needs, developing health benefits strategies, and ensuring smooth implementation of Medi Assist’s solutions. The role involves analyzing claims data, recommending cost-saving measures, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance operational efficiencies. The Consultant will also assist in managing client relationships and addressing inquiries to deliver a high-value customer experience.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills, data interpretation, and experience in claims analysis or management
- Proficiency in strategic planning, project management, and client engagement
- Familiarity with healthcare benefits, policy administration, and cost-saving strategies
- Excellent written and oral communication skills for interacting with clients and colleagues
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams
- A degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or related fields is preferred
- Prior experience in HealthTech, InsurTech, or healthcare consultancy is an advantage
