About the Role

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Consulting
- Analyze business problems and identify improvement opportunities.
- Conduct business assessments, process reviews, and operational analysis.
- Develop strategic recommendations backed by data and research.
- Support organizational transformation and change initiatives.
Client Engagement
- Understand client objectives, challenges, and business priorities.
- Conduct workshops, interviews, and stakeholder discussions.
- Present insights and recommendations to leadership teams.
- Build trusted relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
Research & Analysis
- Perform market, industry, and competitor research.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret quantitative and qualitative data.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and executive summaries.
- Develop business cases and strategic frameworks.
Project Management
- Support consulting engagements from planning to delivery.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Track project milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
- Ensure quality and timely execution of projects.
Process Improvement
- Identify operational inefficiencies.
- Recommend process optimization initiatives.
- Design scalable business processes and governance frameworks.
- Measure and report business impact.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 3–8 years of experience in Consulting, Business Strategy, Operations, Business Analysis, or Project Management.
- Experience working with enterprise clients or consulting firms is preferred.
