Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Consultant role located in Chennai, Mumbai & Pune. The Consultant will work closely with clients to deliver sustainable solutions for the built environment, focusing on activities such as energy analysis, green building certifications, project planning, and high-performance design development. Responsibilities include providing expertise in sustainability practices, collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing project deliverables, and advising organizations to achieve eco-friendly goals and certifications.
Skills Required
- Excellent communication, team collaboration, and presentation abilities
- Proficient in planning, designing, and managing sustainable building projects
- Experience in client engagement, collaboration, and providing tailored solutions
- Strong project management, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Environmental Sciences, or a related field
- Passion towards sustainability
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and AutoCAD
Preferred (Not Mandatory)
- LEED / IGBC / GRIHA AP or willingness to pursue certification
- Internship exposure in green building or sustainability
- Knowledge of ECBC / ESG / Net Zero concepts
Experience
- 1+ years in green building / sustainability consulting
