Key Responsibilities
🔹 Identify manpower requirements for the branch/region
🔹 Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
🔹 Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews
🔹 Train team members on product knowledge and communication skills
🔹 Monitor team performance and drive members toward their targets
🔹 Ensure full compliance with company policies and processes
Skills Required
✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Leadership and team-handling ability
✔ Coaching and motivational capability
✔ Basic understanding of the insurance sector (preferred, not mandatory)
Eligibility
Graduate,( BE, b.tech, BCOM ,BBA, MBA,BA,MA)
Prior experence in recruitment m handling is an advantage
