Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Consultant, Resident Medical Officer (RMO), and Nursing Staff at Sardar Patel Multispeciality Hospital & Research Centre, located in Kutiyana. Responsibilities include evaluating and managing patient care, ensuring proper documentation, overseeing patient recovery and treatment plans, and providing hands-on medical and nursing care. The role also involves contributing to effective utilization management and participating in training sessions to maintain and enhance professional knowledge and skills.
Qualifications
- Comprehensive knowledge of Medicine and Long-term Care techniques
- Proficiency in Nursing practices and hands-on patient care
- Experience in Utilization Management to ensure efficient use of medical resources
- Ability to deliver and participate in training programs to foster professional growth
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- A valid medical or nursing degree and required certifications
- Previous experience in a hospital or healthcare setting is an advantage
