🔍 Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned professional with strong expertise in Farm Machinery & Power (FMP) and rural livelihoods. The ideal candidate will drive initiatives across mechanization, renewable energy, and community-based agricultural development programs.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
🚜 Farm Mechanization & CHC Management
Plan, establish, and manage Custom Hiring Centres (CHCs)
Promote efficient use of farm machinery for smallholder farmers
⚡ Renewable Energy Integration
Implement renewable energy solutions in agriculture (solar pumps, dryers, etc.)
Support sustainable and climate-resilient farming practices
🚁 Drone & Agri-Tech Initiatives
Drive initiatives under Drone Didi / agri-drone programs
Promote precision agriculture and modern technologies
🤝 Convergence & Partnerships
Collaborate with Government, NGOs, and CSR stakeholders
Develop and manage strategic partnerships for livelihood programs
📈 Market Linkages & Livelihood Development
Strengthen market access for farmer groups and FPOs
Support value chain development and income enhancement initiatives
✅ Key Skills & Competencies
✔️ Strong knowledge of Farm Machinery & Power (FMP)
✔️ Hands-on experience with CHC operations
✔️ Understanding of renewable energy in agriculture
✔️ Exposure to government schemes, CSR, and NGO convergence
✔️ Experience in livelihood programs & market linkage development
✔️ Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
