We are hiring an Odoo Functional Consultant (3–5 Years Experience)
We are looking for an experienced Odoo Functional Consultant with hands-on implementation experience who can independently manage client requirements, configure solutions, and drive successful project delivery.
Role: Odoo Functional Consultant
Experience: 3–5 years
Joining: Immediate joiners only
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct requirement gathering and business analysis sessions
• Map business processes (AS-IS / TO-BE) to Odoo modules
• Configure Odoo ERP modules based on requirements
• Prepare FRDs, SRS, and process documentation
• Coordinate with developers for customizations
• Handle UAT, client demos, and end-user training
• Support go-live and post-implementation activities
Required Skills & Experience:
• 2–3+ full-cycle Odoo implementations
• Strong understanding of ERP workflows (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, etc.)
• Experience with Odoo Community and/or Enterprise
• Ability to manage stakeholders and client communication independently
• Strong documentation and process mapping skills
Mandatory Module Exposure (any 3–4):
Sales, Purchase, Inventory/Warehouse, Accounting, CRM, Manufacturing (MRP), HR/Payroll, Project Management
