Job Description – Site Supervisor (Mivan Construction)

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction activities and ensure timely execution of projects while maintaining quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of overall construction experience, including at least 3 years of hands-on experience in Mivan shuttering/formwork construction.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily construction activities at the project site.
Monitor and execute Mivan formwork and concreting work as per approved drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Ensure adherence to project schedules and achieve daily and weekly construction targets.
Maintain quality standards throughout all stages of construction.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on-site.
Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment utilization efficiently.
Report daily work progress to the Project Manager or Site Engineer.
Identify and resolve site-related issues to avoid delays.
Verify measurements and maintain site records, progress reports, and documentation.
Ensure proper housekeeping and discipline at the construction site.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Mivan formwork technology and RCC construction.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
Good understanding of construction methodologies and quality standards.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent coordination and communication abilities.
Knowledge of construction safety practices.
Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple site activities.
Eligibility
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering preferred.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in the construction industry.
Minimum 3+ years of experience working on Mivan construction projects.
Willingness to work at project sites in Gurgaon or Mohali.
