Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Construction Supervisor role located in Serilingampalli. The Construction Supervisor will oversee day-to-day site activities, ensure compliance with safety standards, and coordinate with team members to maintain efficient workflows. Responsibilities include supervising construction sites, conducting inspections, ensuring adherence to project designs, and managing on-ground team operations. The role also involves ensuring that work progresses on schedule and aligns with high-quality standards.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills and experience in Site Supervision to effectively oversee and manage construction activities
- Proficiency in Inspection and ensuring Construction Safety to meet regulatory requirements and maintain a hazard-free environment
- Effective Communication skills to coordinate with team members, contractors, and clients
- Familiarity with construction processes, tools, and materials
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings
- Prior experience in a construction supervisory role is highly desirable
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred
