Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Supervisor, based in Kozhikode. The Construction Supervisor will oversee daily site operations, ensuring projects are executed efficiently, safely, and according to design specifications. Responsibilities include managing site teams, coordinating construction activities, conducting regular site inspections, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and communicating progress to stakeholders. The role also involves troubleshooting and resolving on-site challenges to maintain project timelines and quality.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Site Supervision and managing construction teams.
- Strong Supervisory Skills and ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Knowledge of Inspection processes and Construction Safety protocols.
- Effective Communication skills for liaising with teams, clients, and stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and ability to ensure project quality and compliance with standards.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
- Familiarity with construction project management tools and techniques is a plus.
- Relevant certifications or training in construction safety or project management will be considered an advantage.
