Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Supervisor located in Egmore, Chennai.
The Construction Supervisor will oversee daily site operations, ensuring projects are executed effectively while adhering to safety protocols and timelines.
The responsibilities of the role include supervising construction activities, conducting inspections, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining clear communication with the workforce, contractors, and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills and proficiency in Site Supervision with 2 to 5 years of experience.
- Possession of a Two wheeler is mandatory.
- Experience in conducting Inspection and ensuring Construction Safety standards are met
- Excellent Communication and leadership abilities
- Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations
- Relevant certifications in construction or project management
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
