Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Supervisor located in Attingal, Thiruvananthapuram. The Construction Supervisor will oversee daily on-site construction operations, manage project schedules, and coordinate with teams to ensure timely delivery. Responsibilities include supervising construction workers, conducting site inspections, ensuring adherence to safety standards and maintaining open communication with all stakeholders to address project-related issues effectively.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills and the ability to manage and lead construction teams
- Experience in Site Supervision and monitoring progress to ensure projects stay on timeline and within budget
- Effective Communication skills, including the ability to liaise with various project stakeholders
- Proficiency in conducting thorough Inspections and ensuring quality control in all phases of construction
- Understanding of Construction Safety protocols and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
- Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and plans
- Proficiency with project management tools and software is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in a similar supervisory role within the construction industry.
