Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position located in Bengaluru for a Construction Supervisor. The Construction Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and managing site operations, ensuring project timelines are met, coordinating with project teams, and conducting regular site inspections to uphold quality and compliance standards. Additional responsibilities include ensuring adherence to construction safety protocols, monitoring material usage, and liaising with engineers, architects, and clients.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills and Site Supervision experience
- Proficiency in Inspection of construction projects for quality, compliance, and safety adherence
- Exceptional Communication skills to effectively coordinate with teams, clients, and stakeholders
- In-depth knowledge of Construction Safety standards and practices
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in handling large-scale residential, commercial, or industrial projects is an advantage
- Diploma or degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field
