Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Supervisor located in Hyderabad. The Construction Supervisor will oversee daily on-site operations, ensuring project activities comply with safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include supervising site staff, conducting inspections, enforcing construction safety standards, and providing clear communication to teams. The role will also involve coordinating tasks and timelines and ensuring project progress aligns with defined objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven Supervisory Skills and proficiency in Site Supervision
• Strong Communication and team coordination abilities
• Experience in Inspection and quality control processes on construction sites
• Knowledge of Construction Safety protocols and best practices
• Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and solve on-site issues promptly
• Relevant degree or certification in construction management or a related field is preferred
• Familiarity with regional and national construction regulations is beneficial
• Proficiency in project management tools is a plus
