About the Role
Schnell Builders is hiring a Site Supervisor to oversee daily construction activities and labour deployment on a large industrial project. This role ensures work is executed with discipline, productivity, and adherence to site standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily on-ground activities across assigned work fronts
- Manage manpower deployment, attendance, and productivity of labour and subcontractor teams
- Ensure work is executed as per drawings, safety protocols, and quality benchmarks
- Maintain daily work records, material usage logs, and progress updates
- Report execution issues, delays, or safety concerns to the Site Engineer promptly
- Support smooth handover of completed work fronts for inspection and billing
Requirements
- Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent practical experience
- 7+ years of hands-on supervisory experience in construction/industrial projects
- Strong ground-level leadership and labour management skills
- Familiarity with site safety and quality basics
