Role Description
We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Risk Management Trainer to deliver practical and industry-oriented training programs for working professionals in the construction sector. The trainer will be responsible for teaching risk identification, assessment, mitigation strategies, and compliance frameworks applicable to construction projects.
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in construction site risk management and the ability to explain real-time project risks with case studies and practical examples.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in construction project management or risk management
- Strong understanding of site operations, contracts, tendering, and compliance
- Experience in handling project risk registers and mitigation plans
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Prior training/teaching experience preferred
- Familiarity with risk management software and tools is an advantage
