Role Description
We are looking for an experienced Construction Quality Expert to deliver part-time online training sessions. The trainer will focus on imparting practical, industry-oriented knowledge related to construction quality management, QA/QC practices, and site standards to working professionals and freshers.
Qualifications
- Strong competence in Quality Control and Quality Assurance techniques
- Proficiency in Quality Management, including the ability to develop and implement quality processes
- Knowledge of Quality Systems and related frameworks
- Excellent Analytical Skills and attention to detail
- Prior experience in construction quality management is highly preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects
- Ability to explain site practices in a simple and structured manner
- 10+ years of industry experience in construction quality roles (preferred)
- Prior teaching, mentoring, or training experience is an added advantage
