Role Description The Construction Project Planner is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role involves developing and maintaining detailed project schedules, coordinating timelines across design, procurement, and site execution teams, and tracking progress against milestones. The planner will support project control activities by analyzing data, identifying risks, and recommending corrective actions to keep projects on time and within scope. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with project managers, architects, and site engineers; preparing progress reports and dashboards; and communicating schedule impacts and dependencies to stakeholders. The role also requires consistent documentation, adherence to company processes, and contribution to continuous improvement of planning and scheduling practices.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Planning & Scheduling skills to create, update, and optimize construction project timelines.
- Candidates should possess robust Planning and Project Control skills to manage milestones, track progress, and support cost and resource control.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret project data, identify variances, and propose data-driven solutions.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams and present clear status updates to stakeholders.
- Relevant experience in construction or infrastructure project planning, ideally with exposure to interior and architectural projects.
- Proficiency with project planning tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar software) and MS Office applications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines on-site.
