About Our Client
Our client is a global leader in building large‑scale retail and mixed‑use environments. Known for their innovation, sustainability, and people‑first philosophy, they are developing a flagship project in Delhi NCR that brings together retail, dining, co‑working, commercial offices, entertainment, and hospitality-spanning approximately 4 million sq. ft. This project represents one of the most ambitious developments in the region.
Job Description
- Lead end‑to‑end project management for all interior fit‑out works within the development
- Oversee execution of retail, hospitality, and commercial interior packages with strict adherence to quality, timelines, and safety
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution
- Review technical drawings, material specifications, and conduct site audits to resolve design/execution conflicts
- Drive contractor performance, manage budgets, track progress, and maintain high standards of workmanship
- Mitigate risks, forecast project challenges, and implement corrective actions proactively
- Ensure compliance with building codes, statutory requirements, and sustainability guidelines
- Prepare project reports, dashboards, and progress updates for senior leadership
The Successful Applicant
- 15+ years of hands‑on execution experience in interior fit-outs for large commercial, residential, hospitality, or mixed‑use developments
- Strong background in high‑volume, fast‑paced, multi‑stakeholder project environments
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex contractors, negotiate effectively, and maintain control on timelines
- Deep technical expertise across interior finishes, MEP integration, sequencing, materials, and quality control
- A highly structured professional with strong on-ground presence, solution‑oriented, and execution‑focused
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage cross‑functional teams and senior leadership
