Role Description The Construction Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Thane. This role involves overseeing end-to-end project execution, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation for construction projects. The Construction Project Manager will coordinate with site engineers, contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure work progresses according to design specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Daily responsibilities include monitoring project milestones, managing risk, resolving on-site issues, reviewing progress reports, and ensuring timely completion within budget. The role also includes preparing documentation, participating in review meetings, and driving continuous improvement in construction processes.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Project Management and Construction Project Management for overseeing end-to-end project delivery.
- Candidates should possess skills in Project Coordination and Construction Management to align project teams, site activities, and stakeholder communication.
- Candidates should possess skills in Budgeting to manage project costs, financial tracking, and cost optimization.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, safety standards, and local building regulations.
- Experience managing on-site teams and contractors on medium to large-scale construction projects.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with project management and construction planning software tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; relevant certifications in project management are an advantage.
