Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Project Manager based in Varanasi. The Construction Project Manager will oversee the lifecycle of construction projects, including planning, coordinating, and executing tasks to ensure delivery on time, within scope, and within budget. Responsibilities include managing project documentation, liaising with stakeholders, monitoring budgets, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The role also involves directing construction teams and collaborating with architects, contractors, and other professionals.
Qualifications
- Experience in Construction Project Management and Construction Management to oversee and ensure the successful execution of projects.
- Proficiency in Project Coordination and Project Management for planning, scheduling, and managing resources effectively.
- Strong Budgeting skills for cost estimation, allocation, and financial oversight of construction projects.
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and compliance standards.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills to manage teams and interact with stakeholders effectively.
- Proficiency in construction management software and tools is an advantage.
- A degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
