JOB DESCRIPTION
Designation/Band : Project Manager - Construction /AM6
Team/Department : Execution
Location : Chakan MIDC
Reporting to : Director-Projects
PURPOSE
To manage all activities associated with the Project Coordination, Execution & delivery including,
1. Developing and maintaining project plans.
2. Identifying and tasking resources.
3. Monitoring and reporting on project progress.
4. Managing project risks and issues.
5. Managing the procurement of goods and services in liaison with Purchase Department.
6. Managing & Controlling Costs of Project efficiently.
7. Laisoning & establishing good rapport with Customer.
8. Maintaining documentation that will satisfy both internal and external Customers.
The role will be required to lead the execution team by effective coordination, motivation, goal setting, directing & achieving
targets.
GOALS
To ensure that the most suitable solution to meet business and organizational need is successfully delivered within the constraints put on the project in terms of people, time, budget, and whilst managing competing priorities.

KNOWLEGDE, EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION REQUIRED
1. Building and Construction - Knowledge of materials, methods, and the tools involved in the construction of industrial
projects including the fit outs in various industrial sectors.
2. Education - BE Civil Engineering Graduate with min 8-10 years of experience.
3. Administration and Management - Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of
people and resources.
4. Customer and Personal Service - Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
5. Mechanical - Knowledge of equipment’s, machines and tools, formwork including their effective utilization & usage.
