Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Project Manager located in the Puneand near by Areas. Responsibilities include overseeing and coordinating all aspects of construction projects, from initiation to completion. The role requires managing project timelines, budgets, and resources while ensuring project delivery meets desired quality, safety, and compliance standards. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, engage with stakeholders, monitor project progress, and address issues to ensure successful project outcomes.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Construction Project Management and Construction Management.
- Strong skills in Project Coordination and Project Management.
- Experience in developing and managing budgets for construction projects.
- Ability to lead teams, manage resources, and ensure adherence to schedules and specifications.
- Strong problem-solving, organisational, and communication skills.
- Proven knowledge of industry regulations, best practices, and compliance standards.
Required Qualifications & Skills
• Education: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (M.Tech in Project/Construction Management or MBA is highly preferred).
• Experience: Minimum 15 years in Project Management, with at least 4-5 years in a leadership role within a PMC or General Contracting environment.
• Sector Expertise: Proven track record in delivering Industrial/Warehouse (PEB), or Large-scale Commercial Fit-outs.
• Technical Proficiency: Mastery in any one MS Project/Primavera, AutoCAD, and ERP software.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional negotiation, conflict resolution, and leadership skills; ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams across diverse locations.
