About the Role
Om Group is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee the execution of our residential cum commercial real estate projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, monitoring, and delivering projects on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.
The candidate should possess strong leadership skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to coordinate effectively with consultants, contractors, vendors, government authorities, and internal teams.
## Key Responsibilities
* Manage the complete project execution lifecycle from excavation to project handover.
* Prepare and monitor project schedules, milestones, and construction timelines.
* Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, RCC consultants, and liaison teams.
* Supervise site engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and project staff.
* Ensure execution is as per approved drawings, specifications, and applicable regulations.
* Monitor project quality, safety standards, and statutory compliance.
* Review contractor bills, work progress, BOQs, and material reconciliation.
* Control project costs and optimize resource utilization without compromising quality.
* Plan procurement of construction materials and coordinate with the purchase department.
* Track project budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
* Conduct regular site inspections and progress review meetings.
* Prepare weekly and monthly MIS reports for management.
* Identify project risks, delays, and bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
* Coordinate inspections and approvals from consultants and government authorities.
* Ensure timely completion of structural work, finishing work, and infrastructure development.
* Support the Occupancy Certificate (OC) and Completion Certificate (CC) process by ensuring all project deliverables are completed.
## Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech Civil) is mandatory.
* Minimum 7–15 years of experience in residential or commercial real estate construction.
* Experience managing multi-storey residential projects is preferred.
* Strong understanding of RCC, finishing works, MEP coordination, waterproofing, quality control, and project planning.
* Knowledge of local building regulations, RERA, and construction approvals.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, Microsoft Excel, and project reporting tools.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
