Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Construction Project Manager. The Construction Project Manager will oversee all aspects of multiple projects, including project planning and execution, including project coordination, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Responsibilities include managing construction teams, working closely with clients, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. Regular collaboration with vendors, contractors, and various internal departments is expected to ensure timely completion of projects.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Construction Project Management and Construction Management
- Proficiency in Project Management and Project Coordination
- Strong skills in Budgeting and resource allocation
- Proven leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients and team members effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; advanced certifications (e.g., PMP) are a plus
- Prior experience in modular or pre-fabricated construction is an advantage
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai and ensure project deadlines are met efficiently
