Job Title: Project Manager
Client Location: USA (San Francisco)
Working Days/Hours: Monday-Friday/8AM-5PM Pacific Time
Contract Type: Full-Time Contract
Contract Term: 1 Year, Renewable
Monthly Salary: USD 550-850 (excluding bonus)
Job Overview:
One of our clients is looking for a Project Manager to support construction and civil projects through cost estimation, coordination, and project oversight. This is a fully remote role where you will handle estimating, documentation, and stakeholder coordination while ensuring projects progress smoothly through to completion. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in managing construction-related tasks in a remote environment.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review construction cost estimates, budgets, and quantity takeoffs
- Support scope validation and cost analysis for projects
- Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and action items
- Attend and prepare for meetings with internal teams, clients, and city representatives
- Track permits, compliance requirements, and documentation
- Review project updates, reports, and submitted materials
- Maintain accurate estimating files and project documentation
- Support projects through to successful deal closure
Must-Haves:
- Proven experience in construction estimating and/or project management
- Experience working on construction or civil projects
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
- Reliable internet and availability for virtual meetings
Great-to-Haves:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- PE (Professional Engineer) or EIT certification
- Experience working with municipalities or permitting authorities
- Familiarity with California construction or civil requirements
- Hands-on construction experience (e.g., estimator, foreman, field supervisor)
