Construction Project Manager
Department: Engineering / Projects
Reporting To: Director
Location: PAN India (Travel Required)
CTC: ₹8–10 LPA fixed CTC

🌟 About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Site Project Manager who can drive end-to-end project execution across multiple sites in India. The ideal candidate is execution-focused, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing site teams, procurement tracking, quality control, and stakeholder coordination.

🔑 Key Responsibilities📌 Project Planning & Execution
- Review and consolidate milestone plans and BOQs from site engineers
- Obtain Director approvals and align execution schedules
- Finalize and lock project handover timelines
- Ensure budget alignment with approved milestones
📦 Procurement & Material Tracking
- Maintain detailed material trackers (Item, Spec, Qty, Vendor, Approval Status, Delivery Timeline)
- Coordinate with procurement and vendors for timely supply
- Proactively flag potential delays 24 hours in advance
📷 Documentation & Quality Control
- Review and approve site documentation and progress photos
- Maintain centralized digital project records
- Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with drawings and quality standards
📊 Progress Monitoring & Reporting
- Track project progress against milestones
- Identify execution risks and escalate deviations early
- Submit structured daily progress reports to Directors & PMC
- Update project management systems in real-time
👷 Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor Senior & Junior Engineers
- Ensure SOP compliance and execution discipline
- Drive accountability and coordination across teams
🎯 What We’re Looking For
- 5–8 years of experience in civil/site project execution
- Strong project planning and coordination skills
- Experience handling multiple sites/projects
- Proficiency in project management tools/software
- Strong communication & stakeholder management skills
- Willingness to travel across India
