Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Project Head based in Mumbai. The Construction Project Head will oversee end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, and monitoring of construction projects. Responsibilities include managing project budgets, supervising construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards, liaising with stakeholders, and coordinating procurement and resource allocation. The role also requires maintaining quality standards, managing risks, and ensuring timely project completion within budget.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Project Management and Construction Management to oversee all phases of project execution.
- Strong skills in Budgeting and Project Control to manage financial aspects and ensure projects stay within defined parameters.
- Experience in Procurement to handle sourcing, purchasing, and vendor management for construction projects.
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end Construction Management and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Familiarity with local building codes, safety regulations, and compliance standards in Mumbai.
- Experience in managing multiple large-scale projects is a plus.
