Role Description
The Construction Project Engineer Head is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. The role involves managing construction projects end-to-end, including overseeing project coordination, ensuring adherence to construction engineering standards, and maintaining strict quality control measures. Key responsibilities include reviewing and managing project submittals, supervising project progress, troubleshooting on-site challenges, and maintaining clear communication channels with internal and external stakeholders. The successful candidate will also guide teams to ensure projects are completed within scope, schedule, and budget while meeting all safety and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Project Coordination and Construction Engineering to manage workflows and technical project activities effectively
- Proficiency in Quality Control and Submittals to ensure consistency and compliance with project specifications
- Excellent Communication skills to collaborate across cross-functional teams, manage client relationships, and streamline project updates
- Proven leadership and team management capabilities
- In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and standards in the construction industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Previous experience in a senior construction management role is an advantage
