Project Coordinator – Civil Construction | Ahmedabad
We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our Civil Construction team in Ahmedabad. The role involves coordinating project activities with site teams, contractors, consultants, and clients while ensuring projects are executed on schedule and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Project Manager in planning and updating project schedules and timelines
- Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure smooth project execution
- Track project progress, identify delays, and support corrective actions
- Maintain project documentation including reports, drawings, meeting minutes, and correspondence
- Support budget monitoring, expense tracking, and cost reporting
- Coordinate procurement and logistics for project materials and resources
- Prepare progress reports and presentations for management and clients
- Liaise with clients and consultants to address project updates and issues
Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in civil construction project coordination
- Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Management preferred
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project
- Basic understanding of AutoCAD and construction drawings
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate site activities
Location: Ahmedabad (regular site visits required)
