Role Description

This full-time, on-site Construction Manager role is based in Jaipur and involves overseeing the planning and execution of wind and solar energy projects. Key responsibilities include managing all aspects of construction, ensuring safety standards, monitoring budgets, scheduling activities, and maintaining effective communication with teams and stakeholders. The Construction Manager will also ensure compliance with project timelines, quality standards, and regulatory requirements, while fostering a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Supervisory Skills and team leadership
• Experience in Budgeting and managing financial resources effectively
• Strong knowledge of Construction Safety protocols and compliance
• Expertise in Construction and project execution, particularly in renewable energy projects
• Familiarity with Project Control methodologies and tools
• Ability to adapt to dynamic project environments and solve problems effectively
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Previous experience managing large-scale wind and solar projects is highly desirable
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with construction management software and tools is a plus
