Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Construction Manager (Mivan) role based in Maharashtra, India. The Construction Manager will oversee daily site operations for Mivan shuttering and formwork, ensuring adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and project timelines. Responsibilities include coordinating with engineers, subcontractors, and site teams, monitoring progress, and resolving technical and operational issues. The role involves planning work schedules, managing resources, tracking project milestones, and implementing construction safety protocols. The Construction Manager will also support budgeting, cost control, documentation, and reporting to senior management and clients.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills to lead site teams, coordinate multiple contractors, and ensure disciplined execution of Mivan construction activities.
- Proficiency in Budgeting and Project Control to manage costs, monitor progress, and align project delivery with financial and time constraints.
- In-depth knowledge of Construction and Construction Safety to enforce safety standards, comply with regulations, and maintain high-quality workmanship.
- Experience with Mivan formwork systems, RCC structures, and high-rise building construction.
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, with relevant site management experience.
- Ability to interpret drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards, and to handle on-site problem-solving.
- Effective communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
