Description-
Client is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee end-to-end site execution for commercial and institutional projects. The role involves leading on-site operations, ensuring efficient coordination among all stakeholders, and delivering projects in line with quality, safety, budget, and timeline expectations. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to manage complex construction environments.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage day-to-day construction activities, ensuring smooth site operations and timely progress.
Plan, monitor, and control project schedules to meet key milestones and delivery timelines.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors for seamless execution.
Ensure adherence to design specifications, quality standards, safety regulations, and statutory requirements.
Monitor project budgets, control costs, and optimize resource utilization.
Review drawings, resolve technical issues, and provide on-site decision-making support.
Conduct regular site inspections, progress reviews, and reporting to senior management.
Identify potential risks, delays, or bottlenecks and implement corrective actions proactively.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards across the project lifecycle.
Drive continuous improvement in construction practices, productivity, and quality outcomes.
