Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Manager located in Ahmedabad. The Construction Manager will oversee and coordinate construction projects from initiation to completion. Responsibilities include supervising construction activities, managing budgets, ensuring construction safety standards compliance, and implementing effective project controls. The role also involves coordinating with stakeholders, monitoring project progress, and ensuring that projects are completed on schedule and within approved budgets.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills with experience in overseeing teams and managing construction activities effectively.
• Expertise in Budgeting and financial planning for construction projects to maintain cost efficiency.
• Solid understanding of Construction Safety protocols and practices to ensure a safe workplace environment.
• Knowledge and experience in Construction techniques, processes, and quality assurance methods.
• Proficiency in Project Control, including progress tracking, risk management, and adherence to schedules and plans.
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, along with relevant certifications, is preferred.
