Role : Construction Manager for execution of largescale Cell & Mobile Manufacturing Greenfield project
Key Responsibilities
Lead site construction activities and ensure adherence to project timelines, safety, and quality standards.
Review drawings, specifications, and BOQs; coordinate with engineering, procurement, and operations teams.
Manage contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and EPC partners for seamless
execution.
Monitor site progress, resolve execution issues, and drive corrective action plans.
Ensure statutory compliance, HSE implementation, and material/installation quality
control.
Prepare progress reports
Qualification & Required Experience
BE (Civil) Degree is prerequiste for the position
15–20 years of experience in industrial construction; mandatory experience in Cell
Module Manufacturing or similar hightech manufacturing greenfield projects.
Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project management tools, and safety practices.
Experience with utilities such as HVAC, compressed air, fire systems, substations, or cleanroom environments is preferred.
Provide technical guidance across civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and utility
systems.
Liaise with design, procurement, and operations teams for seamless execution.
Manage statutory compliance, environmental norms, and regulatory approvals.
Manage contracts, negotiate scopes, and ensure performance deliverables.
Lead coordination meetings with project teams, EPC partners, and external
stakeholders.
Provide regular progress reports to senior leadership.
