Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Manager based in Kochi. The Construction Manager will oversee daily construction activities, manage multiple projects from start to finish, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and monitor progress to ensure timely and on-budget delivery. Key responsibilities include supervising construction teams, coordinating with contractors and stakeholders, maintaining quality control, and managing project budgets and resources efficiently.
Qualifications
Must have managed 5+ high rise projects simultaneiously.
- Proficiency in supervisory skills and experience leading construction teams
- Expertise in project control and effective budget management
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and techniques
- Understanding of and adherence to construction safety standards and regulations
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills
- Strong communication and team collaboration abilities
- Relevant professional certifications or licenses in construction management are a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred
