Role Description This full-time, on-site Construction Manager role is based in Hisar and is responsible for overseeing construction projects from planning to completion. The Construction Manager will coordinate daily site activities, manage construction teams and subcontractors, and ensure work is completed according to design, safety standards, and quality specifications. The role involves monitoring project schedules, controlling budgets, reviewing progress against milestones, and reporting status to senior management and clients. The Construction Manager will also handle resource allocation, materials procurement coordination, and compliance with local regulations and company policies. This position requires close collaboration with engineers, consultants, and vendors to resolve issues, mitigate risks, and deliver projects on time and within budget.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills to lead site teams, manage subcontractors, and coordinate daily workflows.
- Candidates should possess solid Budgeting and Project Control skills to manage costs, track progress, and maintain schedules and documentation.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Construction and Construction Safety to ensure safe operations, quality execution, and compliance with standards.
- Relevant experience in industrial or civil construction projects, preferably in plants, factories, or processing units.
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and familiarity with construction contracts and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in basic project management tools, site reporting, and documentation; local language skills for on-site coordination are an advantage.
