Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Construction Manager. The Construction Manager will oversee all aspects of construction projects, including project planning, execution, and completion. Responsibilities include managing construction teams, ensuring adherence to budgets and project timelines, monitoring compliance with safety protocols, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring quality control throughout the construction process. The role requires leadership, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.

Qualifications
  • Proven supervisory skills with the ability to manage teams effectively and ensure seamless workflow.
  • Strong understanding of project budgeting processes and expertise in cost control and financial oversight.
  • In-depth knowledge and application of construction safety standards and regulations to ensure safe work environments.
  • Expertise in construction methodologies and project execution techniques for successful on-site management.
  • Proficiency in project control processes, including scheduling, progress tracking, and resource management.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills to coordinate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Previous experience managing large-scale residential or mixed-use construction projects is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
