Role Description
As a Part-Time Construction Management Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions and practical workshops to engineering graduates. Your day-to-day tasks will include developing course materials, guiding learners through industry-specific construction management best practices, and assessing their progress. The role also involves mentoring students to build their professional acumen in construction management tools, techniques, and technology. This is a part-time, work-from-home (remote) position, suitable for professionals who want to share their expertise while working flexibly.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Construction Management and Project Planning tools
- Proficiency in software tools such as AutoCAD, Primavera, or MS Project
- Excellent skills in training, mentoring, and delivering engaging presentations
- Ability to effectively communicate complex concepts in a simple, understandable manner
- Experience in identifying practical industry examples to enhance learning
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Previous experience as a trainer or professional experience in construction management is a plus
