This is not a "coffee-run" internship. You will be mentored directly by leadership and given real responsibility from Day 1. Our goal is simple: We want to train you to become an exceptional Construction Manager who can eventually lead multi-crore projects independently.
What You’ll Do- Site Supervision: Monitor daily progress on-site to ensure work meets quality standards and safety protocols.
- Material Management: Assist in tracking inventory, verifying deliveries (cement, steel, etc.), and preventing wastage.
- Vendor Coordination: Liaise with contractors, local suppliers, and laborers to keep the project on schedule.
- Reporting: Maintain a daily site log, document roadblocks, and provide photographic progress updates to management.
- Problem Solving: Tackle the "on-the-ground" surprises—from weather delays to supply chain hiccups—with a solution-first mindset.
Who You Are (The "Grit" Factor)- Educational Background: Final year or recent graduate in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- The Aptitude: You have a "builder" mindset. You can read a blueprint, calculate volumes quickly, and understand the logic of a project timeline.
- The Grit: You don't mind the heat, the dust, or the 10:00 PM concrete pours. You are the person who stays until the job is done right.
- Local Savvy: Based in or around Vijayawada. You know the local landscape and can navigate the city efficiently.
- Ownership: You treat the site like it’s your own. You don’t wait for instructions when you see a safety hazard or a mistake.
Requirements- Strong communication skills (Telugu and English/Hindi).
- Proficiency in basic MS Excel (for tracking costs and materials).
- Must have a personal two-wheeler for local site-related coordination.
- Ability to work flexible hours based on project milestones.

Role Description
This is a on-site role for a Construction Management Intern (Future Project Lead) based in Vijayawada. The intern will assist with project planning and execution, support construction management activities, coordinate with cross-functional teams, handle budgeting tasks, and work closely on engineering and architectural projects. The role offers hands-on experience and the opportunity to grow into a future leadership position in project management.
Qualifications
- Pursuing or completed a degree in Engineering
- Ability to work effectively on budgeting and cost estimation for construction projects
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with project management software is a plus
