Role Description
“This is a part-time, remote role for an experienced Construction Contract Management professional who is passionate about teaching and mentoring working professionals. The role involves delivering practical, industry-oriented training, sharing real project case studies, and simplifying complex contract concepts for working professionals in the construction industry.”
Qualifications
Strong expertise in Contractual Agreements and Contract Management
Proficiency in Contract Negotiation and the ability to draft and revise contracts effectively
Solid hands-on experience in Construction Contract Management
Good exposure to PMC / Consultancy / EPC projects
Strong understanding of contract clauses, claims, EOT, and billing
Comfortable explaining concepts to working professionals
Interest or experience in training, mentoring, or knowledge sharing
Familiarity with contract compliance regulations and industry standards
