The Project
This is a high-rise residential rehabilitation project in Mumbai.
Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-calibre and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.
You’ll Be Responsible For
- Define project management, technical services and external resources to deliver successful outcomes.
- Lead teams and stakeholders to achieve objectives in line with the Project Execution Plan and KPIs.
- Champion health, safety and wellbeing across all stages of project delivery.
- Manage project plans, budgets and timeframes, proactively identifying risks and mitigation strategies.
- Ensure robust quality systems, effective collaboration and clear communication with all parties involved.
- Drive sustainability by supporting the transition to net zero carbon and managing associated impacts.
You’ll Need To Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Extensive experience in market research, feasibility studies, and customer segmentation.
