Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Estimator, based in Ahmedabad. The Construction Estimator will be responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates for construction projects by conducting quantity take-offs, developing budgets, and managing project costs. The role also involves collaborating with project teams, reviewing project plans and contracts, and ensuring accurate and competitive pricing. Strong communication and collaboration with stakeholders will be critical to success in this position.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Construction Estimating and Quantity Take-offs
- Strong skills in Cost Management and Budgeting
- Effective Communication skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience with industry-standard estimation tools and software is a plus
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in construction estimating or a related role
