We are looking for a motivated
Sales Engineer to support sales activities in the construction sector. The role involves technical sales support, client interaction, site visits, and coordination with internal teams to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in construction projects
- Meet clients, consultants, contractors, and builders to promote products/services
- Understand project requirements and provide technical solutions
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and technical submittals
- Conduct site visits for product demonstrations and technical discussions
- Coordinate with design, production, and execution teams
- Follow up on leads, negotiations, and order closures
- Maintain client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Prepare sales reports and update CRM regularly
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in
Civil Engineering / Mechanical Engineering or related field
0–3 years of experience in construction sales or site engineering (freshers can apply)
Basic understanding of construction materials, drawings, and specifications
Good communication and presentation skills
Ability to handle site visits and field work
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
