Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. The Construction Equipment Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance, operation, and management of heavy construction equipment. Key tasks include managing equipment inspections, coordinating regular maintenance schedules, supervising equipment operators, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, and supporting customers with technical expertise. If machine gets major breakdown then need to visit the site and get the problem solved. The role requires effective team management and rigorous attention to operational details to minimize downtime and promote efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with heavy machinery, including Crawler Cranes, Hydraulic Truck Mounted Cranes, Vibro hammer and Concrete Boom Placers.
• Skilled in equipment maintenance planning, inspection techniques, and diagnostic troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in operational safety standards and the ability to ensure compliance within teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management capabilities.
• Experience in coordinating schedules and logistics for equipment deployment and maintenance.
• Ability to handle technical challenges and provide efficient solutions under critical timelines.
• Familiarity with construction and civil engineering industry standards and practices.
• Relevant technical certification or a diploma/degree in engineering or equipment management is preferred.
