Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Jaipur for a Construction Equipment Sales Representative. The selected candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling JCB construction equipment, building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, and meeting sales targets. Additional day-to-day tasks include conducting product demonstrations, preparing detailed proposals, and ensuring customer satisfaction by understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Knowledge of construction equipment and the ability to effectively demonstrate product capabilities
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) tools and data analysis
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and ability to work independently
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Relevant sales experience in the automobile, earthmoving, or related industries is advantageous
- Willingness to travel within the region as needed
