Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Contracts Manager located in Mumbai. The Contracts Manager will oversee and manage contract all over India,. Daily responsibilities includes
- Planning site execution
- Appointing contractors
- Receiving & analysing site reports
- Ensuring time completion of projects
- Billing
- Liasons with clients
- Internal team coordination
Qualifications
- Good communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills to collaborate with various stakeholders effectively.
- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field, with additional certification in Contract Management as a plus.
- Prior experience in construction contract management or a related role is highly desirable.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, on-site environment with a focus on attention to detail and problem-solving.
- Experience - Minimum 5 yeras
