Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and result-driven Construction Civil Manager to oversee and manage end-to-end construction activities. The candidate will be responsible for project planning, execution, site supervision, resource management, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Key ResponsibilitiesProject Management- Plan, coordinate and supervise residential and commercial construction projects.
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Monitor daily site activities and ensure work progresses as per timeline.
Site Supervision & Execution- Manage site engineers, supervisors, contractors, and labour teams.
- Ensure quality control and adherence to construction standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical issues.
Budget & Cost Control- Monitor project expenses and ensure cost efficiency.
- Approve material procurement and vendor payments.
- Prevent wastage of materials and manage resources effectively.
Quality & Safety Compliance- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
- Implement quality assurance procedures and maintain documentation.
- Conduct safety meetings and risk assessments.
Client & Vendor Coordination- Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Provide project progress updates to management and clients.
- Handle project documentation and reporting.
RequirementsEducation- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E/B.Tech).
Experience- 4+ years of experience in residential and commercial construction.
- Experience in handling multiple construction projects is preferred.
Skills- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of construction methods and materials.
- Project planning and budgeting skills.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and BOQs.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
