Mid-Level Frontend Engineer

Title: Mid-Level Frontend Engineer Location: RemoteJob Summary We are seeking a Mid-Level Front-End Developer experienced in building intuitive, responsive, and performant web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in JavaScript, React, HTML, and CSS, coupled with a keen eye for design details. You will work collaboratively with the backend development team, designers, and stakeholders to deliver seamless user experiences for our Unified Partner Portal.The successful candidate should possess at least 3-5 years of front-end development experience, proficiency with modern JavaScript frameworks, and experience designing and implementing responsive web interfaces. Familiarity with cloud environments (particularly Azure) and integration with backend APIs is essential. Prior experience in financial, professional services, or tax-related applications is beneficial.Job Responsibilities: Develop responsive, user-friendly web interfaces using React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Next.JS a plus. Collaborate closely with backend developers, UI/UX designers, product owners, and stakeholders to deliver compelling, user-centered designs. c (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite). Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and accessibility. Implement automated testing and continuous integration practices to ensure high-quality releases. Debug and resolve UI/UX issues proactively, ensuring robust and performant web applications. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for UI/UX components and front-end architecture.Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's  degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 3+  years of professional front-end development experience. Strong  proficiency in JavaScript, React, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles. Experience integrating RESTful APIs and backend services. Familiarity  with Azure cloud services (Azure App Service, Azure DevOps). Proficiency with front-end build tools and CI/CD pipelines (Webpack, npm, Git). Experience  with automated testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library). Understanding of accessibility standards and best practices.Soft Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. A proactive mindset with an eagerness for continuous learning and improvement.
